Question:	Would this hold an iPad and a good sized camera
Answer:	Define hard. It took me a few tries getting the arms on, which also hold the back to the bottom. You have to really push on them (due to the seat cushion and the given screw length) and then hold them there while lining up the screws and then tightening them with the allen wrench. Not impossible but not easy to do with just 2 arms and 2 legs.

It doesn't lay on my back the way it's supposed to because of how the strap is attached at the bottom of the bag. The only way to wear it on the left shoulder is if you wear the pack on your chest and not your back.
