Answer:	I have been brewing Kombucha with this tea for years now with no problems but I use a combination of organic black tea (50%), this brand Silver Needle white tea (30%%) & organic green tea (20%). To have a healthy scoby you should add black at least every other brew. You should also not use teas with additives or added oils because they throw off the balance of yeast & bacteria which is why I stay away from blends. But I am not sure why white tea cannot be used unlimited as long as you add black tea or switch over to black tea st least every other brew.

Answer:	I'm not a tea expert still learning but I found the Gunpowder whole leaf tea from Davidsons produce a nice green brew with a true green tea flavor. But again I'm still learning about tea varieties. I am not blown away by the taste but this is just green tea right? Its not bad. I bought it a couple times and it is a good value for organic whole leaf green tea. vs chopped tea bag blends.

Answer:	We went with the Lotus for the following reasons:1. Mesh all around the bottom. The BB has one solid panel on the bottom.2. The zip option. Love that baby can come in and out and I can crawl in as well.3. Portability. Everything neatly packs up into a carry on sized back pack that makes it easy to lug around and also bring on plane. Not possible with BB.4. Price. More affordable than BB. The Guava family site has offers not available through amazon which make it a even better deal.5. Frame. I felt the frame was better quality than the BB but that could just be me.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. As the manufacturer of the Lotus, I'd like to share why we have designed the mattress to its current thickness. The federal standard for this product specifically limits the thickness to 1 inch and we recommend and warn against adding an additional mattress. Since this is a mesh sided product, having padding thicker than 1inch would allow for a gap to open between the mesh sides and the mattress causing a potential entrapment hazard. This is the same requirement and federal standard that traditional portable cribs are designed to (such as the pack n play). However, unlike traditional portable cribs, we use a very high quality padding in our mattress that is very comfortable for your little one. If you would like to add extra softness, we offer a plush quilted sheet that adds even more comfort. But, we don't recommend this unless your child is over 1yr. The American Academy of Pediatrics Safe Sleep guidelines advise that you don't add any extra padding to a mattress until your child is 1yr (a soft sleeping surface can be a suffocation hazard for newborns and infants if they end up on their tummy). Therefore we have adopted this recommendation for our plush quilted sheet.I hope that answers your question sufficiently. Answer:	The reservoir sleeve on this model of the Poco is very similar to previous generations. The reservoir sleeve is still contained, it is just on the outside of the pack behind the mesh suspension. There is also a webbing loop that goes through the top portion of the reservoir to prevent the reservoir from sliding down as the levels of liquid inside the reservoir are reduced. The reservoir sleeve is designed to fit up to a 1.5L reservoir.
Question:	Besides the baby, how much backpacking gear can this hold
Answer:	The POCO is made with Bluesigned approved 210D nylon. Textiles and accessories carrying the Bluesign® approved label meet the strict safety and environmental requirements of the Bluesign® criteria. It should be noted that the state of California has changed its Restricted Substance List (RSL) tied to Proposition 65, a.k.a. The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.  The updated list includes a chemical solvent called dimeythyformamide (DMF) which is used in the process to coat the backside of all our fabrics with a water resistant urethane coating.  The solvent makes the urethane spreadable and then is intended to evaporate.  Unfortunately, trace amounts of the solvent may be present on the finished product and therefore must be labeled in order to comply with California State Law.  This applies to almost all outdoor products using urethane coating.

Answer:	This is the only sun shade Deuter makes.
Question:	This is labeled as act lite 50+10 hiking backpack but the pictures are showing airlite 28. what am I really getting if I buy this
Answer:	It depends on the weight of any gear you carry with you in the pack as well. The max weight for child + gear is 48 lbs.
Question:	Does this backpack stand by itself on the ground? i own the deuter race exp air (same aircomfort system) but it always falls forward on the ground
Answer:	The sunroof must be purchased separately.
