Answer:	It's either re-branded, or a knock-off. The original creator/manufacturer of this bag is a high end leather Chinese company called TIDING. How do I know? it took me over two years of hunting to find this bag and I've now owned one for 2+ years. There should be a small leather flap just under the internal zipper pocket stamped with the company name. In 2+ years of owning the bag as my daily work bag (with weekly air travel), it has held up incredibly well. The original bag has every fitting as metal. The front flaps are solid metal slot buckles but just rely on the tab friction to stay closed. I've lost one of the two magnetic closures on the side pockets due to airline seats but I didn't use them anyway. I recently had to replace the main zipper as I snagged it and tore the fabric on the side. But the bag is made of 3mm-4mm leather. The inside laptop pocket pulled some seems but it doesn't impact the purpose or function of the bag at all. Answer:	Definitely not. The backpack is 19 inches high (from floor to top of backpack with the handle in the cradle) and 13 in wide. Keep in mind, the handle can be extended to 2 different heights. With the handle partially extended it is 34 inches high, with handle fully extended it is slightly under 39 inches high. The depth of the backpack varies, of course, depending on the contents it's holding. I purchased this backpack for my daughter at the beginning of the school year, she still loves it and she has had NO problems with it.
