Answer:	I have bought multiple High Sierra backpacks. We have 4 kids with A and B day schdules and we keep seperate backpacks for each day. We contacted the manufacturer directly and were sent replacement backpacks with minimal difficulty. I had to take pictures of the damage, find my old amazon reciept and then show that I had destroyed the backpack to get a replacement. I needed new backpacks due to kids wanting to change the style of the back pack. I immediately reordered High Sierra because of this experience.

Answer:	Hi! This backpack is actually perfectly sized. I would say it’s medium in size, about the capacity of a grocery bag. It has a lot of compartments and 1 secret compartment on the back that you could put your wallet, hand gun, or anything you wouldn’t want anyone to have “easy access” to. I was worried that it was going to be too small or too big, but I can say I’m happy it’s a perfect medium sized bag. I’ve gotten compliments on it and I highly suggest you buying one. I use he side pockets for bottle water in one side and my cell on the other. It can fit 13” in height of a daily planner, MacBook and clothes!! It’s made well and I think you will like it. Answer:	Your guess is as good as mine . It did not come with instructions my husband and son said there is not point to the lock it doesn’t make sense.

Question:	how deep is the section for the laptop? I have a protective sleeve for my chromebk. How much does the laptop section take away from the other sections
Answer:	I have put a full size 15" HP in it with extra room to spare. The measurements I got are: 16 3/4" top of zipper to bottom of bag x 11 3/4" side to side x 3" front to back. The 3" measurement sort of collapses when you dont use the laptop compartment,so it doesn't take much space away from the other compartments.

Answer:	Yes. My kiddos have come home from drenching rain, and contents were dry.

Answer:	A laptop padded pocket in very back, Two more main pockets, and then a few small front pockets. But as far as big main compartments, there are three.

Answer:	For sure. My son is in high school and this has the most interior room of any he’s ever had. It holds his laptop in its own back padded pocket, a gazillion folders and notebooks and textbooks in another main pocket, and even his basketball high tops and lunch in the third big section. Water bottle goes in side holder, and there are like 3 or 4 small zipper pockets in the front to hold alllllll the other things. It’s shocking how compact it looks from the outside too. And apparently Jansport is super popular again among teenagers; another plus. Highly recommend.
