My son wore them for water play at hi daycare and they did get some dirt on them but they still rinsed off well. I have the yellow and black and they have been great shoes! That's what you want (if tangerine is the color you chose?)I also went to a local small store to buy originally before Amazon, but they didn't have a color I liked, but I was at least able to have my child try them on so I knew exactly what size he was in Crocs".
