Question:	How cushioned is the footbed
Answer:	Usually in Merrill shoes, I wear a 9 but when this pair arrived they were waaay to big for me. In Keen shoes I wear an 8 1/2. I returned the Merrill sandals and ordered an 8 1/2 Keen which fit perfectly. I have another pair of Merrills (something blaze...purple) size 9 and they are great! I don’t know what to tell you. 🙄

Answer:	Don’t believe Merrell’s come in wide widths, but I own these shoes and I have very wide feet and they fit quite comfortably.

Question:	How do I wash my sons sandals? They are pretty funky, can I put them in the washing machine
Answer:	Yes, machine wash them, I prefer to put them in a pillow case, and then air dry them. Do not put them in direct sun though because this will case the materials to get too hot and shrink. I would also recommend using a detergent with baking soda in it.

Question:	Has anyone tried machine washing these shoes
Answer:	I did and they came out fine.
Question:	How is the strap on these? i’ve had big issues with the keen straps on the h2s. are these easy on/off? strap too small or too big? thanks
Answer:	Yes, they are easy on and off. My opinion is that they have the same issue as the keens, in that the velcro doesn't extend across enough of the strap. So if you have to strap it around a small ankle, you sort of run out of adequate velcro overlap. The strap is also narrower on the Merrells so it feels flimsy, but has always held up just fine and caused no discomfort. That said, I like these and the keens and buy a couple pairs each summer and just go with whichever is a better deal at the time because they are comparable in fit, durability, etc.
