Answer:	Like a 7 in toddlers my grand daughter wears a size 6 toddler in shoes we got her a size 6 in the boot but wish I would of gotten a 7 it fits her good but doesn’t have wiggle look like there much wiggle room

Answer:	Yes, it's fleece on the inside. More like felt on the footbed. There is no liner to remove so if they get soaking wet they do take some time to dry.

Answer:	My daughter is 5 years old and wears a "toddler" size 12 and they fit good - so yes I would say it's a true toddler size
