Answer:	I tried to figure out those extra straps and failed. Fortunately the main strap stays on just fine. It's trial and error to find the right fit. Adjust it to be tight enough to stay on but no so tight that it feels overly confining. If I can open my mouth but with effort that seems to work. I position it muc as it is pictured it is slight up and over my chin, over my ears and up over the top/back of my head.

Answer:	Not sure what that means but it's says women's hiking boot. I ordered mine according to my size in women's shoes and it fit fine. I ordered a half size bigger for a little more room for thicker socks.

Answer:	Yes!! I've worked for USPS for three years. I wear the Sugarpine WP hiking shoes all summer, these in spring/fall and switch to insulated Keen boots for winter (Minnesota). The Vibram soles will wear out pretty fast though, so keep lookIng for the sales.

Answer:	I cannot speak for everyone but the boots really did support my ankles as long as they were laced all the way. I am the person who rolls my ankles in sneakers while walking on a paved sidewalk. I was impressed that I did not do it once on a 10 mile walking hike in these boots.
Question:	are they warm? what's temperature rating
Answer:	I own both of these styles, and both are very comfortable, excellent quality, and water proof. But there are some differences. The Montara is mostly leather, and the Sugarpine is mostly heavy duty nylon cordura. The Montara is more suited for city hiking and has a more dress/casual appearance. The eyelet hardware & lacing of the Montara give it a very classy look for a hiker. The Sugarpine is definitely more casual, both in appearance and feel. They are lighter weight than the Montara and have a more rocker-like action too. Better for walking on bumpy ground. I like the Sugarpines for our Ohio summers and the multiple ins & outs of life in the country. I wear the Montaras whenever I have a lot of walking on hard floors on my schedule. I should also mention that I wear a different size in the Sugarpines than I do in the Montaras. My normal size is a 10-B (med). That is what I wear in the Montara. I take a half-size larger in the Sugarpine (10.5 B). I own 2 pairs of each, and the sizing is consistent from pair to pair within the same style. Hope this helps you to make a choice. 

Answer:	Have not used it for that purpose but if you wrap your food well with aluminum foil it should stay warm until you reach your destination.

Answer:	I think it has one zipper around the top and one zipper on the pocket on the front.
Question:	does size "Children 10" equal to size "10 Little Kid"? The size table mismatches the dropdown list of order
Answer:	The smaller bag is fine and will be under the carry-on requirements at 19.5" height (handles down + wheels included) x 12" wide x 10" depth. Total running dimensions are 41.5" . The extended versions dimensions is 24" height (handles down + wheels included) x 13" wide x 10" depth. Yes the running dimensions total 47" and most airlines state, '45" total outside dimensions of each bag, depth + width + height' . I'm a rebel and am willing to risk the 2" total difference, as I do not plan to overfill. I'll easily be able to smoosh it down some. The straps with aid on this . There's 2 smaller ones at bottown, and longer one at top. I think this longer one could also be used as a shoulder strap, plus I do not plan to actually roll this bag onto the plane. I will carry it. Which will make the size difference less noticeable to the flight attendants. We plan to use both sizes as our Carry on luggage on our next flight to Cancun (beach resort). I purchased because here and other customers review sites stated this rolling cooler worked well at the beach and in sand. Question:	are these waterproof
Answer:	The size is great, we put 6 waters, 3 Gatorade, 4 sodas, snacks and sandwiches. Although the insulation needs improvement. The ice melted and leaked thru the bottom, then we tried ice packs and didn't keep anything cool for too long. Would not recommend.
