Put jumpsuit on before assembling armor.

FOOT GUARDS

Put foot through shoe cover. Secure with straps on top of foot. Right and left foot guards are identical.

SHIN GUARDS

With rivets on outside of leg, open shin guard and wrap around lower leg. Fasten together. Repeat for other leg.

KNEE GUARDS

Place knee guard over knee and secure with straps behind knee.

THIGH GUARDS

With rivets on outside of leg, open thigh guard and wrap around upper leg. Fasten together. Repeat for other leg. For XL costume: add extension pieces to thigh guards as necessary.

ABDOMINAL GUARD

Clip two top straps of abdominal guard to spine guard. Place on body.

CODPIECE

Clip codpiece to bottom of abdominal guard. Clip codpiece strap between legs to the center spine guard strap.

WAIST STRAP

Clip top thigh armor to side waist straps. Clip waist strap in front. Adjust all straps for comfort.

BELT

Clip belt around waist. (Remove or spread out belt elements to fit waist as needed). Ensure the silver spine piece aligns with the center of your back.

CHEST GUARD AND UPPER BACK GUARD

Place chest guard and upper back guard around upper body. Have someone fasten the top and under arm units together. Ensure both buckles are accessible at shoulders. For XL costume: add extension pieces between chest guard and upper back guard as necessary.

UPPER ARM AND SHOULDER GUARDS

Put arm through upper arm piece. Buckle the top of upper arm guard into the shoulder buckle. Repeat for other arm. Put arms through shoulder guards as shown (right and left shoulder guards are not identical). Attach straps to upper body armor at shoulder.

GLOVES

Put gloves on.

GAUNTLETS

Open gauntlet and wrap around lower arm with open edge to inner forearm. Fasten together. Repeat for other gauntlet.

BANDOLIER

Attach bandolier over your chest from the top left back to the bottom right side.

BACK

CAPE

Attach cape to clips at top of chest armor.

HELMET

Turn on helmet lights before putting it on.
