Answer:	I purchased the same size and it didn't, surprisingly. I have the same dimensions as you, almost to the T. I initially ordered the XL which didn't fit, but it wasn't excessively tight -- I could get it over my whole body, but it was stretching out to the point where you could see my skin beneath it. When I ordered the XXL, I figured it would at least fit easier. It actually was smaller. I still cannot understand it, to this day. It was labeled "XXL" so unless there was a mistake in packaging/tagging in my particular case, I wouldn't recommend buying from this company. (They ruined my Halloween costume this year. =/)
