Answer:	From my wife: A medium would be very short and tight, our daughter is 5'3" 137 lbs. and fits her a little snug. The skirt is 30.5 inches from the top center of the back to the bottom of the skirt, it hits her right above the knees. The boot covers are not made to cover the entire shoe, its not made that way, we are going to get her red or gold shoes to go with it. Overall the outfit is very good and my daughter is happy with it.
