Answer:	I would be concerned, it ran pretty small. I am a 5'8" female, 145#. I purchased the large because I am busty and it fit fairly well. It was roomy on me through the waist but that is on a slender woman. I wouldn't risk it unless you have time to return if it does not fit.

Answer:	The suit limits your arm length, and makes your grip like wearing thin mittens, but you can still hold a candy bucket.

Answer:	I'm 6' even. The XL may fit but there will be a male camel toe, (camel tail). For the kids sake, wear some other shorts on top of the suit. Looks better that way anyhow with your own tattered shorts. If there is a larger size I'd go with that. But due to it connecting with velcro in the back, it creates an instant wedgie. It is padded tho which makes it look awesome from the waste up. I would invest in a mask tho or a friend that's good with facepaint.
