Answer:	I'm 5' 9" and was about 215 with about a 44" chest and 40" waist at the time and I ordered an Extra Large and it fit comfortably. The "shirt" is more of a bib that loops around the neck and ties around the back (which I ended up fastening with safety pins directly to my undershirt - which I recommend wearing otherwise you're just wearing this thin, backless piece of cloth!), and the "vest" is physically attached to the coat as are the cuffs at the wrists. I wore black Dickies pants and the "boots" fit snug over them. So, long story short, the coat is the only real concern and with your height and weight I would recommend an XL.
