Answer:	My waist is 32-33 and I am 5'4, but I ordered large, because i use it for sleep,and i have 2-3 " extra in my lower legs, go to calculate what size to buy, just don't buy black. it bleeds blood color to whatever it touches.

Answer:	The heavyweight might be too warm with exertion unless it's pretty chilly - like 30's-40's. Lapasa also makes a lighter weight set. I have several sets of each and layer them depending on the day's temp. Hope this helps, since I don't play lacrosse in cooler (or warmer for that matter!) weather....

However this brand of nail Polish tends to peel off the entire thickness that you put on it doesn't stay like in normal gel nail Polish should, even when applied correctly
