Answer:	The items are mainly made of polyester, windproof and not waterproof.

Answer:	Depends on if she is average I guess. My children are very tall so I ordered a size up and that fit them well. These are very thin material though so keep that in mind as you order. Other than that they fit well and I would guess they are about accurate if you have an average kiddo!
