Answer:	Depends on what size you are getting. The inseams differ depending on the size you are looking at.

Answer:	My son is 5'1 118 pounds (a swimmer - usually lean, but has gained weight during the shutdown not swimming 2 hours a day) Usually wears a 14/16, but is now very much in a size 16 shorts. We ordered the 14/16 and they are tight, but my son also has always had a big booty. Depends on how your son is built.
