Steam will use it's proprietary driver to make it show up as a generic usb/bluetooth controller that only works with Steam games. There is another indie program out there called DS4 that will trick Windows into thinking the PS5 controller is an old Xbox 360 controller. These are your only options, which I would hardly called support. You are much better off buying a Series S/X controller. Those are cheaper and work natively with Windows.

Answer:	Yes, more or less. The Driving Force GT has good weight and feels solid. The G29 is heavier, looks and feels more expensive. The G29 pedals are heavier, more solid and definitely better. However, in terms of driving feel, both are similar. Is it worth getting if you already have the Driving Force GT? Probably not, unless you have a PS4 because the Driving Force GT is not compatible with the PS4, but the G29 is. Well, it's supposed be. I just got the G29 and, at the moment, my PS4 doesn't recognize it. My PS3 does though, but I didn't need that.
