Answer:	On the inner side, partly covered by the rubber pad loop, there’s a plastic catch. You have to depress the catch with something strong (but not sharp so as not to damage the glasses) while pulling the bottom of the nose section downwards. It’s pretty tight fit so it’ll take a bit of effort.

The only lens where you can't see your eyes is the mirrored lens, which is not "as dark" as typical mirrored glasses where you can't see in 100%. These you can probably still see in5-10% up close, but from a distance they probably can't see your eyes in that one lens (mirrored).
