Answer:	These hats have a draw string in the back to make it bigger or smaller. I believe I bought the 0-6 month size for my baby. He was 2.5 months and is now a little over 5 months. I haven't had to adjust it very much and he still has room to grow. They have a 9-18 month old size that I would imagine your 13 month old would be able to wear for quite awhile. I love this hat and plan to get him a bigger one once he grows out of this one. It's the only hat I use unfortunately for the other hats I have for him.

Answer:	No clue. Would never have thought of that. It is much like a thicker yard fabric/weed barrier. It isn’t plastic. Gotta be better than plastic.

Answer:	Hmmm...yeah probably. You'd have to weight the bottoms in order to get them to sink properly, perhaps fill the bottom with stones and put your potting soil on top. You need to put some loose stone on top as well as potting soul would want to float away. I would think that ultimately these bags are going to break down in the water but certainly they'd be a great way to start a water lily or something else. My ponds aren't really deep enough for this so I won't be trying. These are cheep enough so that it's worth a try. I'll bet there are a lot of uses for these with and wothout the handles.
