The divider should be in the middle - front to back...separating the liner equally left & right. it helps to have 2 people. Ensure the liner is not turned inside out. Place the liner on the right (short) side of hamper. Pull liner to the left sideof hamper & fold liner over the top of hamper edges on all 4 sides. Place the top on the hamper to secure the edges.
