Answer:	No unfortunately not, the 3000 mins can only be used to call UK numbers from any of the 71 Feel at Home destinations, or European numbers WHILST you are in Europe. However you can use the 5GB data to call USA using VOIP services such as Skype and WhatsApp.

Answer:	It works off of local cell networks. If you are in range of the country’s cell network then it should. But this is just data, most cruises have WiFi which would make this unnecessary

Answer:	You will buy the Latin America plan for Costa Rica and El Salvador, and it will work as you travel between them. Later you would buy the North America plan when traveling to the USA. For example, currently the 500 MB, 15 day Latin America Plan is $20. It will expire after 500 MB or 15 days, whichever comes first. The North America plan is the same cost and duration. Obviously it's cheaper to buy a local sim on arrival, but I like that I can use the GigSky Sim when traveling between countries in a region. I use the GigSky app to recharge the SIMs my family uses. You can manage and recharge them remotely, like when my wife was in another country with her GigSky SIM that is registered under our shared account, and I purchased a data plan package for her from the app on my phone.

Answer:	I purchased my O2 card through Amazon before I left the United States, so that I could give the telephone number to family in the U.S. ahead of time. The card had NO money on it. After arriving in London and checking into my hotel, my first stop was at an O2 store (there were 2 within a 1/2 mile of my hotel). There, I purchased a 30-day plan. And, as I was leaving England 6 days later to take a 14-day Baltic cruise and wanted to be able to "Roam" in the various countries, I also purchased some "anytime" minutes - as the 30-day plan only covered calls made in Great Britain. Talk to the O2 sales person about your needs. You can use a US-based credit card to pay for the charges at the O2 store. However, if you want to "top-up" remotely, you must use a UK-based credit card to do so.

Question:	I am still not clear on tethering (hot spot) capabilities. Is tethering included and, if so, up to the included 12 Gb of data
Answer:	I’m sorry to say I don’t know much about the ability to tether. But I will share my experience with ‘3’. Once arriving in the UK, I took my Straight talk SIM out of my iPhone X, and placed my ‘3’ SIM in it’s place. After a few prompts, etc. I finally saw that I had 4G relatively easy. Where I was confused was the fact that sure, I could call any UK phone number or text (which of course I know no one!), but some reason I thought I was going to be able to call the US. Nope! You have to load money on the SIM (and you can only do this at a 3 store). You’d think you could add $$ to your ‘account I set up’ online, but no. Your CC must have a zip code in the UK region. So I went into the store and the guy said “of yeah, no problem. It’s 3pence to call the states, 2 pence to text. I thought ‘great’. Answer:	After registration with AT&T and pre-purchase of the voice/data plan you need, you'll be able to use the phone in the US. You have no contractural commitment to AT&T: the voice/data plan you've purchased simply expires/is consumed. I use my AT&T number for several trips/year to the US (I have similar such SIM cards for IRL, UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, France etc). With AT&T, I typically buy a $40 voice plan and add a $5 data (1 GB plan) - the plan has a month's duration - albeit that I'm typically on the in US for 5 days at a time. Still good value! And I can keep WhatsApp and iMessage working without changing their initial registered numbers.

Answer:	Yes! if you read the fine print it tells you that after the first 500MB it will go to 3 or 2 G depending on the service available for the country and it varies from country or city to city. Also, if LTE is no available in that particular country/city I'm assuming the first 500MB will be to the higher speed available. Notice most similar services do the same. I was looking a service on a monthly basis and they offer 2 gig at LTE if available and after the 2 gig limit you are at the lower speed for the rest of the month. Hope this helps.

Answer:	As far as I know, there isn't any carrier that doesn't have an expiration date on a PayGo plan. And, as far as I know, H2O's Minute (=PayGo) plan offers the longest expiration date which is 90 days when you recharge with their PayGo $10, $20, or $30 airtime. Note that they have PayGo $100 airtime which gives 360 days to use. Also, if you recharge before your the expiration date, your remaining balance will roll over. For example, if you have $4 balance left on your account on Jan 1st and your expiration date is Jan 2nd and you recharge another $10 airtime on Jan 1st, your new balance will then become $14 and the new expiration date will extend another 90 days from Jan 2nd.

Answer:	While many phones will automatically be configured once you insert the H2O Wireless (Smart) SIM card, still many models will not. In that case, you'd need to configure your data settings on your phone in order to use your internet. Easiest way would be to visit https://www.locusapi.com/pcs/h2o.new2.mobileconfig with your iphone if you have wifi, and it will download the data settings for you. If you don't have wifi nearby, you'll need to manually set up your phone which would then be quite a bit of pain. Or try calling H2O Wireless customer service and they can send you a configuration file through text message.

Answer:	There might be a little bit of gold, but you'd have to order more than Amazon would allow before you'd have enough gold to actually be worth trying to extract.If you managed to extract 0.08 grams from every sim card, you'd be at about $1.50 of material. I haven't personally tested what the H2O sims have, but I doubt you'd be able to extract enough gold to yield a profit.
