Answer:	The SIM card was not included. I had one in the hot spot I have been using and just transferred it into the new one. I think the card has to come from the carrier you use. But, the hot spot works GREAT and the one I had for almost 3 years was also a ZTE. It's the only internet I have! I run 2 phones, 2 tablets, a kindle and a laptop off of it, sometimes several of those at once.

For example, I use a very expensive smartphone for gaming and the TV box won't play all the games that my smartphone can play. It's more like a try a see method. You must use a Bluetooth controller or some other gaming device along with the TV box on some games.

Answer:	I do not have plasma, but i do not see that -- that would make any difference, as long as the box is working and changes the digital to analog--and if this tv is a 2006, i would think that it has a digital ready input?? If so u do not need a converter box, just a good antenna and maybe a signal amplifier. If it does not have a digital input u would need the box and it should work fine. I use a converter box thru a vcr recorder, just so i can record on vcr tapes--otherwise i would not need one,cause i have digital ready input, which i use if not recording on vcr tape.

Answer:	It is very easy to use. You just pop in the SIM card and look for the signal on your device. Log in the password and you are good to go. I had a two story condo and there was no problem with the signal on the second floor.

Answer:	The Sonic 2.0 MF96 doesn't seem to have the PCS and 700Mhz (Band 12) bands for LTE, and only supports 8 instead of 10 devices. Both have a web interface where you can monitor usage and view/change settings. Having the PCS and 700Mhz bands will let you connect at higher LTE speeds in more places with the Z915.

Question:	Can I run the z917 on usb corded power with the battery removed
Answer:	For reference, I was trying to use this device along with a custom Android head unit I have installed in my car. I tried running the Z917 without the battery and... it worked, sort of. It did power on and do what it needed to do. However it also seemed to randomly reboot. Since it was being powered by a USB port run through a car system, it's possible the power wasn't "stable" enough for some reason. This wouldn't even be so bad by itself, but I could find no way for it to auto-connect after it reboots, despite having set the option. Obviously having to jump into a web browser to get to its internal configuration page and hit the connect button manually is not something I want to have to manage while driving. Given my experience, I can't recommend using it this way.
