Answer:	I cannot tell you from experience, but buy the one one want and check with that vender (in writing) if it will be covered and what it covers. On my Moto Action One, I but it on a credit card that doubles the warranty from 1 to 2 years. I have been VERY happy with my Moto phones, including the One Action.

Answer:	I used the phone in both Spain and Portugal without any issues, in each country we went to a Vodafone store and bought a 30 day SIM card (both our phones were unlocked). This is really a question for Motorola to answer but again I did not experience any problems.
