If you are purchasing an UNLOCKED USA or Canadian version, it will have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. That means your S20 phone (any S20 version) will be compatible with the LTE (4G) frequencies used by Tigo or Claro. 5G will not be available. The Honduran carriers also broadcast in UMTS and GSM. So yes, I think you will be OK. I would check with Tigo or Claro to confirm. |
