Question:	Just got the phone, when I put in my verizon sim from old phone, the phone says 'no sim card
Answer:	I took mine into the Verizon store to get a new SIM and it will not work on their network. I wad told it does not have proper antenna for their network. I suspect this not the reason but I'm not sure where or how to resolve this. If someone would please shed light on this I'm great ful the phone is a really nice beast of tech

Answer:	No, not as of January 2021. ATT is phasing out their 3G and this phone does not work on ATT LTE. So no new phones that are for ATT 3G (like this one) can be activated on ATT as of 2023. So, yes you could before, but no, you cannot now use this phone with ATT. I called Samsung and asked them to change their listing on this phone. It's Verizon ONLY now.

Answer:	@Dr.Je, So you are telling me that we both have T-Mobile service with the Key 2, but I am the only one that can get wifi calling? That is like saying we both have iPhones, but only one user has FaceTime functioning properly. It is illogical to say 10 users have iPhones, but only one has FaceTime that works! Wifi calling has been a staple of BB for years and it was included when they switched to Android as well from the BB Priv to last year's Key One. Also, you are going to tell me a GROWN man doesn't know how to eject the SIM card tray? REALLY? Any 6 year old and anyone with a GED knows how to eject the SIM card tray. The Key 2 SIM card tray is the same SIM CARD tray found on the iPhone, and tons of Android devices from Samsung, to LG, ZTE, and so forth. It was obvious that reviewer doesn't own the Key 2 and just wanted to bash it for fun. I'm NOT BOO BOO THE FOOL, so don't try it!!
