| Answer: | I do believe this to be a legit Lifeproof. In the past, I have had both. This one is holding up very well and is protecting as stated. I have dropped my phone several times and no damage has occurred. I have not dropped into water, but I have had it to be splashed and it protected well. I admit that I was hesitant about the water protection due to the fact that it is an open face design. All of the prior Lifeproofs that I have used were fully enclosed. So, I did apply the included protective plastic on the screen.My sister has the exact case that she purchased from the Lifeproof website and as far as I can tell, they are identical. |
