Answer:	Actually, they CAN fall out, contrary to what someone has answered below... The one that covers the power button on my daughter's phone fell out, and I went on a long journey of Youtube video watching, thinking the power key had gone into the phone (as can happen with iPhones), even though once I removed the case the button was totally normal and worked just fine. It was only when I saw this question that I realized the case has little button inserts that go OVER your phone's buttons and the one over the power button had actually popped out of the case. I guess I can thank Covid-times quarantine for something because we didn't have far to look to find it, lol - I was able to easily pop it back into the case and put the case back on, and everything is functional again. Having discovered this, however, the company really should send you a few extras along with your purchase!
