Answer:	I'm guessing obviously, but I wouldn't think they'd fit they'd fit a size 15. My 15 year old son wears an 11 mens shoe and loves them. But the heel cup is right at his heel. They're thin, so I don't know that you'd want to stretch them out 4 more sizes - or you wouldn't for long before your toe would come out the end. Plus, if you're a mens size 15, I assume that your foot isn't pencil narrow either so some of the length would be taken up by the width. Again, just speculation, but I'd guess no. Hope that helps.
