Answer:	The biometrics are in the settings in the actual phone, not the case. You should set up your Iris and or fingerprint biometric security settings AFTER the case is put on the phone. Go to settings, then security, and you should see the options for setting up the biometrics.

Answer:	I would not remove the film,I would try repositioning the phone and make sure it is where it needs to be..if it is removed it will no longer be protected and the warranty will be voided..if all else fails email the company or customer service on your paperwork..
