Answer:	No
Question:	What shaft size does the chuck hold? I use 1/8" drill bits -- would it fit in this tool? Thank you
Answer:	Your best bet is to use a chain saw to half the tree then 6 in. grinder with cutting disks to hollow out the tree half then chisels to finish and smooth.
Question:	If the foot pedal is trash, what replacement do you use for a pedal
Answer:	For width no, a hair over 3/16 is the narrowest and thickness though the blade on most is over 1/8. For the relief carving that I have done these are to bulky and don't hold a edge all that long.
Question:	Which direction does this rotate? Clockwise or counterclockwise page you hold it in your hand
Answer:	The length of the chisels are only 13". Most Lathe chisels are longer to keep the hands away from the spinning material. I'd look for the best actual lathe chisel set that I can afford and purchase it. Don't try to use a tool that's not made for the job. Think Safety First.
