Question:	Does this case protect the screen? Or do I need to also purchase screen protectors
Answer:	Protecting the screen on the S10+ is difficult because it curves in. However, I had another case on this phone (UAG) for several months and never had an issue. The first night I put this case on my phone slipped off my sofa onto a carpeted floor and my $50 Whitedome glass screencover cracked in 2 places. I think that answers your question. Also, you can barely fit anything inside of the slot. 2 cards tops, and nothing else. Or 1 card and a bill or 2 in cash. Spigen makes good stuff, but this was a miss, so I sent it back immediately. The UAG cases are much better. I always use them and have never needed to replace a phone or deal with a cracked screen. I got this just for a trip we were taking where having less in my pocket would have been useful. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bothered in the first place.

Answer:	The ridges on the case are relatively small. That being said, it might not have enough surface for a card holder to stick too. I haven't tried it yet.

Answer:	Wireless Charging and PowerShare does work with my case without any issues. Basically they are the same in principle, just PowerShare is reversed wireless charging to another device as long as it's capable of wireless charging. If it's not working with your case, then it's likely one of 4 issues: 1) your powershare is defective, 2) the device you are trying to powershare with maybe in a case too thick to charge through, 3) not centered properly where the wireless charging coil is located, 4) powershare deactivated (happens sometimes) and needs to be turned back on

Question:	how to change the hoster to horizontal to become kickstand
Answer:	Swivel the clip to an up and down position the short way(as if you would clip it on your belt buckle). Press the top end of the clip until it snaps in place. Place the phone in the holster with the screen facing you.
Question:	No screen protection? Really
Answer:	First off let me start off by saying I used the Commuter for my S7 Edge for just over 3 years and it worked really well, but that was in conjunction with a screen protector (IQ Shield® LiQuidSkin). Due to the screen protector's peeling edge and resulting dirt, I removed the screen protector with the intention of replacing it. Unfortunately, before I replaced the screen protector I dropped the phone from pants pocket height and it landed face down flat onto concrete. Needless to say, without the absorption and disbursement protection of a screen protector my screen shattered and took out a small part of the digitizer. Moral of the story, a stick on screen protector is as important as a case. The reason I made this comment is because this listing recommends removing the pre-installed screen protector without recommending a replacement. Don't use any case without a stick on screen protector.

Answer:	You don't need to remove the protective screen that comes with the phone for the screen less otterbox. At least i didn't, works just fine.

Answer:	I had no luck and actually settled on the commuter case. It works with my Dome glass screen protector.

Question:	Is this case compatible with the whitestone dome screen protector
Answer:	I have not used the Whitestone Dome but as long as it is centered on the screen and doesn't overlap onto the metal (or ceramic if you have that model) I see no reason it wouldn't work. I read a few reviews for the Whitestone Dome where customers have stated it works with the Otterbox Defender and that leads me to believe it will work with the Spigen. They have a similarly snug fit. The Spigen Tough Armor is a tight fit but does not encroach onto my phones screen. I still have the protector that was installed from the factory and the case hasn't pushed against it or caused it to peel any places. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Powershare doesn't work with my tough armor case and my Galaxy watch. I took the case off and it worked like a charm. I also get weak charging from time to time from my wireless chargers.
