Question:	Why doesn’t your screen protector lay flush against my screen by print scanner-won’t work now
Answer:	There's probably air trapped inside. Open the lighting port cover and squeege with your hand from the top of the screen protector towards the bottom in a smooth motion. That should help get the excess air out.

Answer:	Not at all! I would recommend within a year to replace the case because it may get bubbly in the back causing phone calls hard to listen too. For the investment on new phones buying this case it’s highly worth it. Rather pay $55 than $800 for another phone

Answer:	The life proof case 10XR does not muffle the sound I use it hands free speaker mode with the phone at least 3 feet away and people had no problem hearing me. My previous life proof cases for iPhones 4,5,6,7 also did not experience any sound problems. I will add after a couple of years the inside of the case needs to be cleaned from the dirt lint build up around speaker and mic access holes. Hope this helps.
