Please break the case down into 3 pieces first, you need to open the hard plastic two part case and place your phone in there, then snap it shut. Question:	I bought this case and the home button protector is keeping finger print recognition from working. Am I able to get a replacement
Answer:	The back of the case stretches over the screen protector and fits into a thin channel that holds it in place. To remove the case, start along one of the sides of the screen protector...you need to lift (a bit tricky at first), stretch & ease the rubber edge up and out of the channel and then pull open to slip a finger in and under. Slide your finger slowly around (under the phone) until the back cover comes off. Then the screen protector can be popped off the phone. Hope this helps.

Question:	What is a shork
Answer:	It is a great case. Not sure on the tempered glass question but I have it on my iPad 8th gen and it does not decrease touch sensitivity at all actually it doesn’t cover the screen. I have an invisible shield glass protector on it and that doesn’t decrease the touch sensitivity either. Griffin is the best!
