| Answer: | When you get the case your sa post to put it together with out your phone and set it in water for 30 minuets, mine didn't leak but that doesn't mean I would take it under water, how ever that's your choice. It says it's sealed to go in water but I don't know if I would try with a $700 phone. |

| Answer: | They rubber seal is relatively easy to put back in the seal groove. It should work fine. Just make sure you put it together and do the water test before you put the phone in. |

| Answer: | When placing your iPhone into the case, insure the silence switch on case is either above or below the phone switch to allow it to be pushed in the opposite direction. Up- above to push down and visa-versa. If case switch is below phone switch being already up it can't go any further up. |
