Answer:	It's not the best grip. Probably as bad as the grip the phone itself has. So, honestly, there's barely any grip. It makes it easier to hold though since it makes the phone less thin and easier fitting in your hand.

Answer:	I dropped it in the middle of the street while I was in fast motion and it fell face first and my phone screen was 100% okay. The back of the case is a tiny bit scratched now but it was a terrible fall so I'm gonna say no it's pretty sturdy.

Question:	Can't seem to get the bubble out of the touch id even after opening charging port and pushing air out. bubble seemed stretched
Answer:	Same with mine. Touch id is useless, have to keep using my code to access the phone.
Question:	i bought one but the ruber band inside the case came off, does the case still work underwater? or is there a way to fix this
Answer:	They rubber seal is relatively easy to put back in the seal groove. It should work fine. Just make sure you put it together and do the water test before you put the phone in.
Question:	How do you operate the silence button? I assume you have to turn the little screw that's on the case but it's to turn in either direction
Answer:	When placing your iPhone into the case, insure the silence switch on case is either above or below the phone switch to allow it to be pushed in the opposite direction. Up- above to push down and visa-versa. If case switch is below phone switch being already up it can't go any further up.
Question:	Does it work with glass screen protector
Answer:	It may not seal properly. This is a protective case and should NOT have a glass screen protector on the phone. It doesn’t need it.
