Answer:	I also had some trouble with it, but I did figure it out. Before I start, there is a plastic film that is attached to the case. I accidentally ripped it off, but you can stick it back on. I did and ended up taking it back off because it was hard to type. If you want to keep the film, still read step one. There is a part that applies to you. No matter what, turn your phone off while putting the case one. It just works better that way. Also, no matter what, I highly suggest getting the tempered glass. You can order them on Amazon for cheaper than they have in the phone store.I know that Verizon store employees will put them on for you and they are really good at it. 1) To get the film off, press down along the edges where it connects to the case. After you get it off, you will see that some of the glue is still on the film. Leave it there and place the film sticky side up. This is for if you want to put the film back on. Don't be daunted about putting it back on. It is super simple. If you don't want it, I would still save the film to at least try it to see if you do end up liking it. 2) Take the outer leather-like case. I started by pulling at the edges along the left and right sides near the corners. Once you get it started the rest should come off easily. 3) You will then see the inner hard plastic cover. There are pressure points along the left and right sides. You have to press them and pull it apart at the same time. Once you get one or two done, the rest should come off easily. However, be really careful because if one breaks, it won'r snap back together right and then the outer case won't fit as well. 4) After doing step 3, the inner case should be in two pieces. Place your phone in the bottom half. This is where the film comes back in. Stick it to the top half so that it sticks to the case. It should stick by itself. Snap the two pieces back together with the iPhone in there. Make sure that all the clips are secure. 5) Put the outer case back one, making sure that it fits around the inner case. It will be a tight fit, but that just makes everything more secure, so it's really a good thing. If you like the film, stop at this step. Turn your phone back on and make sure that you like the case with the film on. If you like it, stop at this step. If not, continue reading. 6) Turn your phone back off and do steps 1 through 5. Just throw away the film after step 1 and ignore the part about sticking the film back on in step 4. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Same with mine. Touch id is useless, have to keep using my code to access the phone.

Answer:	They rubber seal is relatively easy to put back in the seal groove. It should work fine. Just make sure you put it together and do the water test before you put the phone in.
Question:	How do you operate the silence button? I assume you have to turn the little screw that's on the case but it's to turn in either direction
Answer:	When placing your iPhone into the case, insure the silence switch on case is either above or below the phone switch to allow it to be pushed in the opposite direction. Up- above to push down and visa-versa. If case switch is below phone switch being already up it can't go any further up.

Answer:	Depends on what you mean by fit... I bought this case for that exact reason - to fit my iPhone SE 2nd generation. The rubber does cover the left speaker so you gotta cut that off and then I used my Dremel to shave away at the camera area so it doesn’t obstruct my camera view. If you don’t do those things, the case obstructs the camera and the left speakers. Hope that helps.
