Please break the case down into 3 pieces first, you need to open the hard plastic two part case and place your phone in there, then snap it shut. How to take the case off?

Please leverage the corners and sections off one side at a time, take a note of the directions printed on the back of the plastic piece.

Answer:	I hope this might answer part of the question. My husband had the same problem on his Otter Box IPhone case, this is how he solved the problem. "The Otter holster has a very strong clip. To avoid damaging the pawl, or recess, on the frame of the IPhone, hold the clip back with your finger so it doesn't smash down and break the pawl (catch).To fix the problem of a broken pawl, turn your phone 180 degrees and use the other pawl, which fortunately is on the other side of the frame". It was too big for my iPhone 4S and it barely fits my new Galaxy S5. If my phone was any taller it wouldn't work and there's not a whole lot more room for the thickness of the phone. Your phone's dimensions are 4.96" x 2.55" x 0.42" mine is 5.59" x 2.85" x 0.32". It's a close call, but if you had a very slim case, it might work. In any case, I wouldn't recommend getting this holster. Mine fell apart within two weeks.

Answer:	Life proof doesn't warranty the cases to my knowledge unless you buy from lifeproof direct. But I got this for my girlfriend and it is 100% waterproof and she loves it.

Answer:	It doesn't accommodate larger charging plugs. It must have the shorter plastic end - as the newer versions that apple is currently selling do. I cannot use my older style plugs with the case because the connector is too long.
