Answer:	No, it is easy to slip in and out of your pocket. But it is not recommended to use your rear pocket becuase the phone is thin and could be damaged when sitting down in tight jeans. Use your front pocket.

Answer:	I don't know if it is polartec 200. However, I live in upstate NY and this jacket is really nice & warm. I own polartec jackets made by North Face and this is way warmer than them.
