| Answer: | Everything I've read about my American Harvest dehydrator, you're not supposed to use over 10 trays. I've found that when drying meat the bottom trays usually dry faster and I have to move the trays around. I would say 20 trays would probably take longer but you'd be able to remove the bottom trays sooner than the rest. 5 trays of jerky meat for me take about 4-5 hours. |

| Answer: | I was able to figure it out, and then threw out the case due to this absolutely defective design that may cause some frustrated owners to damage their iPhone trying to get it off. What I did was not to try to pry from the corner, but instead I went up about an inch or two from the right side corner, got a thin tool in-between the top and rear cover, and pried up the top and got an opening started. I then pulled up the top cover while moving down towards the cover and got it to snap off. After that, I spit on the cover and threw it away. |
