Answer:	It should. I put it on a 4 door Subaru and had some left over. Depending on the curvature of the door, you may not have to apply to the entire edge - look at it for which area is best to apply. At 13 ft, you have 3 ft, 3 in for each door edge. It applies easily and stays on well.

Answer:	The Hero 5 is only waterproof up to 10m, but with the case it will be waterproof up to 45m. If you do not see yourself going deeper than 10m you will not need the case.
