Answer:	No it's not soft or mushy type rubber, it's firm and say you set it on the upper dashboard of a car it wouldn't grip it firmly, just average.

Answer:	I'm not sure what inner skin means but the actual side buttons on the phone are covered by the case.

Answer:	It does not. Your phone clips in to the case, but leaves the screen uncovered. However, the case forms a lip around the front of the phone so if you put your phone face down, it is not resting on the screen. Hope that helps! I like this case alot. I switched from an OtterBox to this case and have had no damage to my phone from drops. It's pretty durable.
