Answer:	Every kit has a couple of spare bands in the box. You can't purchase exactly the same bands separately, but there are others that can be used with this mount. Just search for "bike mount replacement rubber bands"
Question:	Is rotation of phone to its horizontal position possible? (Shown being held only in the vertical position, but does the holder allow side rotation
Answer:	Yes. The clips on the sides seem to hold it very securely, and may even be better in the horizontal position. The ONLY issue is that I cannot get all four corners of the band around all four corners of the phone because I have a case on it to protect it more from the weather. That being said, I put my phone, with the case, in the mount and jerked it around very hard and the phone didn't move a bit. I am not worried at all about putting it on the motorcycle.
Question:	How do I order a replacement part? The stretchy rubber part broke

Answer:	the base is tear drop shaped, so at one end it is about 2.5 inches wide and tapers down to about .5 inches on the other end of the shape. The hole for my antenna was round and about 2 inches across. The antenna worked fine and survived many trips through the car wash. If you purchase this item be sure to install a large washer on the under side but inside the fender, this will brace the back as the screw shaft is small.

Answer:	I have a Samsung note 3 in a case. Measures 3.25 width by 6.25 heights. The ram mount works great. You do have to be careful on the position when setting phone. The volume button on left is .5 inches from the top. I position the phone so the top grips are just above the volume button. Works great.
