Answer:	It does not look like the device power is PWM (pulse width modulated) because it is electronically controlled (unlike other resistive or infrared hot plates). However, that's not to say that the power output going in the coil is not duty cycled. Assuming that a power level is indeed achieved by PWM, you should have a circuit that's capable of always delivering 15A and a pan that's thick enough to have some thermal lag.

The one from this bb japan store was authentic. Answer:	I also asked this question. I bought the case because I was told that 'Yes', the case does support the automatic wake-up sleep function. I learned that the wake-up function is a setting for the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020 model) which I set prior to the receiving my new case / cover. When I lift the new cover about a quarter to 3/8 inches (btw. 5mm - 8mm), the tablet wakes up and stays "awake" until I close the cover so much that I cannot see it go to sleep. However, I can see it "wake up." Also, when my new Tab A7 is asleep (purchased new for Christmas 2020), it will last for several days on a full charge. I use it briefly every morning. After 3 or 4 days the battery is still over 60%. Although this is because the batter is new, it proves that the cover does what it says it will do.
