| Answer: | There is absolutely no way this is tempered. I have worked with flat glass for years and have even been able to handle some R and D products for phones that are similar to this product. Tempering involves heating the glass and then rapidity cooling the outside to create a layer of tention in the middle. This makes the glass less fragile overall, but any chip or break that includes that middle layer will shatter the entire piece. Glass this thin is impossible to truly temper. 2 mm is the thickest I've ever seen tempered and that is extremely difficult to do, I can't imagine a company could temper .33mm glass and sell it at an affordable price. If it flexes, it's not tempered, if it chips without shattering the whole sheet, it's not tempered. Any glass would be much more resistant to scratches than any plastic, but this is misleading advertising, I think. |

| Answer: | I just pushed a button to slide the arm band off of the watch. ThenI slipped the other band that was still connected to the watch through it’s designated opening in the hulk case. I pulled the case down into position over the watch and lastly reattached the other arm band by sliding it back into place. Pretty easy. |
