Answer: Ours just arrived Nov 2019, and it has an adapter. Contact the seller. The watch looks and feels of great Apple quality. I won’t know until the holiday if it’s working because it is a gift. It has on band that is adjustable, not two and someone else stated below. No box, but in a good bubble wrap envelope sleeve. Fingers crossed that he loves it. If not, it can be returned up to 90 days!? From what I understand.

Answer: I am not happy with this product. It was my fault, as I went for the cheap alternative, but this is a very thin piece of plastic that protects from scratches but not much else. It does show smudges from my fingers, but so does the more expensive glass protectors.

Answer: iirc, it's distilled water that activates an adhesive on the back of the protector

Answer: Super easy to install - the less you handle it, the better.....I follow the video to get the placement, leave it wet & don’t touch the edges while it’s still wet. I also place it in a clean plastic bag to set-up, then a few hours later, use my hair dryer to warm up the protector & use the squeegee to smooth down re sides...let it cool & continue setting up. Usually try to do it before I go to bed, so I’m not tempted to wear it...actual application takes me about 5 mins total, the waiting time for it to dry is anywhere between 4-12...I’ve had a lot of practice with my husband’s watch...lol...I’ve only installed one on mine & it’s been there for about 4 months now...good luck!
