Answer:	I got this headset at the beginning of the year, and have been using it on 2 phones constantly since then (iPhone 6 and Galaxy S5). When I first got the device, the voice quality was great, and the noise-cancelling superb.Unfortunately, after a few weeks, folks started telling me my voice was static-ish, and the quality of what I was hearing was deteriorating, too.It has reached a point where the headset is totally unusable for me now. Answer:	as torresjose77 stated that's the only technical difference. My father in law has the voyager hd and he REALLY likes it, when i talk to him (while hes on his voyager hd) he sounds extremely clear and there are no other noises in the background. the voyager legend has sound equalizer which means it'll lower background noise so only the caller will be heard . I returned the legend only because when I;m in San Francisco the caller and i sound like robots and cuts in and out as if left my phone 30 plus feet away from the Bluetooth, I'm currently using the Plantronics M50 and works perfect! i really wish that the legend performed the same, sadly it didn't. save the extra money and get the voyager hd as it performs the same and you can still use a micro usb to charge it.
Question:	What is frustration free packaging
Answer:	Be careful purchasing this product without the original packaging - there are many, many online sellers who resell these units - they are subject to failure over a period of time. I think the V Legend is amazing - but after owning 5 of the over the years and having every single one fail after a year or so I'm moving to the 5200 hopefully with better results. For $100 a pop these really should have a longer lifespan. The only reason I keep buying them is because they really are the best phone headset/mic out there nothing else really compares. Again my advice is to only buy in new factory packaging, the high failure rate on this model means there are duds out there that people are reselling as "new" - I've fallen for the ruse myself when trying to find a cost effective way to replace the unit.

Answer:	You can't order the 4050 metal one from the manufacurer's site which is wholesale. Amazon doesn't carry them. I ordered one because the 4001 plastic connector developed cracks and leaks early on. I replaced it with the satin nickel 4050 metal connector which I bought here. http://store.ginseyhomesolutions.com/product/shower-connector Metal is $15.99 as opposed to $9.99 for plastic. You'll have to click on the drop down menu to find the metal connectors, which the company doesn't make obvious since it labels the drop down menu as "Select a Finish" rather than distinguishing between metal and plastic. There are two metal connectors to choose from...brass and satin nickel. The plastic one that comes with the wand itself should be thrown in the trash.

Answer:	When I bought this the 8 foot hose was the longest. The fittings would make it hard to get an off the shelf extension. I have found that the 8 foot hose is more than adequate in a standard tub. If you have to have longer you might try contacting the manufacturer.

Answer:	I believe it is a plastic fitting that is finished to look like metal. Like other reviewers have stated when tightening the fitting to the shower arm tighten to a snug fit.... "Do not crank down on it" and you will be fine. My wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

Answer:	Very unlikely. I have a pair of wired Bose headphones that I run with with the exact same earpiece. Not only do they never fall out, they are the most comfortable pair I've ever owned.

Answer:	It is a headset. It rings different rings in your ear if you have different rings set up for different callers. That's it. No display.

Answer:	I don't think verbal caller id is a function of the earpiece but rather a function of your phone. If you phone offers it, you would hear it through the earpiece.
