For the inside, I would guess you could use other covering for comfort inserting in the ear; however it comes with 3. At least 1 is smaller, the other may be a little bit larger or the same size as the one as it comes. Instead it will keep trying to power itself on with the battery is really low and then do this annoying repeat phrase that the "battery is low". U have to power the headphones off and back on to generate a reconnect. And, the power button is a little slide thing that's a pain to navigate while wearing them. It's worrisome. :/

Answer:	I did not get a manual but was pretty easy to figure out how to use the product.

Answer:	Thats a concern of mines also! Maybe we need to consult the owners of the product!

Answer:	It could if your desktop phone has a headset jack and you get an appropriate adapter (the headset does NOT include any adapters). Using it this way would put the headset in analog mode, which would mean no digital features like noise cancellation.

Answer:	I have a Lenovo and could get it to connect but the audio quality was very spotty. Sometimes it was great and then 5 minutes later it was terrible. Sometimes it would go for an hour before there were issues but it was not consistent. Turning off all other Bluetooth connections was helpful but not the solution- I ended up going corded which solved the audio problem but it defeated the purpose of why I purchased these- wanted to be able to walk around and move
