Answer:	The tool pushes the blue plastic part into the silver part of the connector which holds the cable in place. The cable is trimmed and stripped such that when you push the cable into the connector such that the center conductor protrudes by a few mm then you put the cable with the connector into tool , close the tool the blue part is pressed into the connector and that presses the cable to make a tight compression fit.
Question:	Is it the full screen or just the outline of the iPhone
Answer:	No instructions. Biggest issue I had was properly splicing and prepping the cable so the connectors will fit deep and crimp tightly. I had an issue with the connectors not nesting under the outer layer enough to crimp, and was eventually able to find a video that described the process well on youtube.

The red plastic is connected to 2 long flat metal levers that, when the red plast piece is pulled up, will “give” a little and causes the red thingie to rotate back as it is pulled up and the red piece comes off. You can then reverse it and put it back on. You can also buy other red thingies for bnc cables, etc.

Answer:	The comments elsewhere that the protector fits perfectly is misleading for the IPhone 8 Plus. If you don't use an Iphone case there will be a gap around the edge of the protector and if you do use a case there may still be a gap depending on the lip dimensions of the case. It would be helpful if Amazon provided the dimensions to take the mystery out of this problem.
