Answer:	Open the fan, from the external side get the thinner end through one hole, than grab it on the inside end and carefully put it through the 2nd hole (so when you look at the thread from above it forms "U" shape. When you finally have a small loop sticking out on the external side, pull all the lanyard through the small loop you formed.

The latest iPhone has a 3,110 mAh battery and the iPad has a 11,560 mAh battery, so you're not gonna get much extra help from this battery. It's a nice fan but I'd look for a dedicated power bank with at least 15000 mAh to help with a phone or tablet.

This battery pack will run an AC pump, with the outlet on the top, as long as it's not a 3-prong outlet. (I've never seen an air mattress pump that has a 3-prong plug on it.) If you have a pump that normally plugs into the 12v (cigarette lighter) plug in a car, then no, this will not connect to it. I hope this helps!

Answer:	I have had my charger for about 1 an a half years an l also have had the battery down to Zero. But it is a good charger an the best one l ever had. I've even had it in Thailand where the power is 210 with 50 cycles. It seem to charge slower but work fine. In the U.S. l had to buy another plug an wire to plug in the wall socket. They are all alittle different. I also used my car to charge my power bank but changed it over to a higher charging line just when l needed on the road it's always fully charged when l get to use it

Answer:	I find it very unlikely this thing is 50,000mah if it can only charge a phone to 75%. I have a 20,000mah battery pack that can charge my iPhone 6s plus several times over.

Answer:	It charges about 4 iphones, from 0-100%, I don't think it would charge more than that, after using it for a month. For the price, I'd say it does a pretty good job keeping my phone charged. Although this Power Bank can't be charged faster than 2.0A, plugging a 2.4A charger to charge it wont charge it. So I wouldn't reccomend this product if you are looking for over 4 charges for Iphone. But for the price! I wouldn't mind.
