Question:	How do know which size to buy? We will supply two bathrooms, dish washer, clothes washer. What size should I choose
Answer:	I noted someone below stating they got the largest one and they can only run one water source at a time. My guess is they installed it wrong by not getting the electric hooked up right, or maybe the unit was just defective, or they live in Alaska. I went under size with an Eco 27 a few years ago because that’s all my electric panel could handle. We have zero issues in the summer. During winter months we can only run one shower at a time and have to slowly fill a tub (maybe 3/4 fill speed). To save as much money as I am on electric bill and have unlimited shower lengths (only 1 person at a time mid-Dec to mid-March) is totally worth it. On here today because I’m thinking of upping my panel size so was thinking of going with a larger one now. Regardless, CCRC’s experience with the largest unit not working is nothing like the experience I’ve had, and again I intentionally undersized mine for the house. The website has a clear chart to explain size you need based on number of water fixtures in your home and ground water temperature.

Answer:	In the lower states it can, but in the northern states, multiple simultaneous users, it will be overloaded. If you can afford a 3,700 square foot home, then you can place a unit in each appropriate demand zone and be very glad you did. I love mine, live in KY, get great supply when the water is above 60 degrees, and then it slows the flow as the temperature drops. I have dishwasher, washing machine, garden tube, 2 showers, 3 sinks and 4 people. It is better than great in the summer, okay spring and fall, and we are conservative in the winter.

This Smart Technology electric tankless water heater is configured as a "whole home" model for climates where incoming water temperature is 67°F and above. This model is well suited for heating up to 2-Gallon per minute, which is the equivalent of one shower head (with a 1.5 gpm flow) and one sink with a low inlet water temperature of 67°F and an output setting of 105°F. Digital Temperature Control allows you to set your temperature in increments of 1 Degree. This model can also be used in colder climates as a Point of Use for a sink or other low flow application. All tankless water heaters are sized based on flow rate and temperature rise, and there is a direct relationship between the two. So if used in a cold area requiring a high temperature rise, it will be more limited in the amount of fixtures (gallons per minute) it can heat at one time compared to a warmer climate. When sized properly this water heater will provide endless hot water and only consume the energy needed, giving the user complete control. Prior to purchase and installation please verify this model is the right size for the expected demand and electrical requirements. The ECO 11 requires a minimum 125 amp electrical panel for installation with 60 amp double pole breaker connected to set of #6 awg wire. Question:	Ours has only been in service for less than a year - will not adjust temperature to anything above 85 Deg. F. What do you think is the problem ? kds
Answer:	My only guess is that the rheostat (variable resistor) that the temperature adjustment knob is attached to may be faulty. If that isn't it then I don't know. Sorry.

Question:	My house is wired 110V. What additional items do I need to purchase for the conversion
Answer:	Just to expand slightly on prior answers, normally a residential service feed is 240 volts between the two incoming hot legs. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Certain devices require more power (work product of current and voltage) than is practical to deliver using a 120 volt circuit. Common examples are your clothes dryer, and your electric stove. These devices are powered by both hot legs, with a difference in potential of 240 volts. This water heater is also such a device.STRONG BUT FRIENDLY WARNING: If you did not already know this, please don't make wiring this water heater your learning opportunity with electricity. Hire someone who knows how to do it right. Cutting corners, especially with higher currents and voltages, can lead to equipment damage, fire, and electrocution. Electricity is not magic, and you can certainly learn how to do many common wiring tasks safely on your own, but today is not the day to begin that journey. You need properly sized components, properly installed, and connected to an adequate service. Question:	what amp breaker is required
Answer:	The National Electrical Code requires conductors and overcurrent protection to be sized at 100% of the manufacturer's branch circuit recommendation for tankless electric water heaters. A 60 amp breaker is the same price as a 40 or 50, it is the wire that costs more. #6 AWG wire is required for a 60 amp circuit. If you undersize the wire it could overheat and catch fire. Protect your family and follow the manufacturer's sizing for this, or any other, electrical device. Your family's lives are worth the extra money. 

Question:	Will it charge a BlackBerry F-S1 battery
Answer:	No sir. You need either the R0456500 or the R0477300 sensor.
Question:	What is the shelf life of this charger? I do not intend to use it, but want to store it for emergency situations when normal power is lost
Answer:	It should not leak. Should have a rubberized washer, and you will have to use a pipe clamp or hose clap to tighten over it and around the pile. I have used my for nearly a year with no problem.
Question:	How long would it take to fully charge the battery bank with solar
Answer:	The one I got is black. Color really doesn't matter. Mine works great and reads accurate temperature.
Question:	Presumably lg phones (i have an lg g4) are included under the "charges all android phones" claim
Answer:	You may need to increase the diameter slightly.
